As a Sommelier, Sherry Educator and CEO of Terroirs Wine Shop I look for wines that represents their origin. Wines most of them that come from friends of mine who they make small quantities and express the “ Terroir “ where the vineyards grow and the personality of the winemaker. Wines where the relation between man and land apart from the climate conditions of the year, soils with their different types, slopes, expositions make them unique and different from year to year and the majority of them are from single vineyard.
